The Rosarito Beach Hotel, the historic hotel on the boulevard, says goodbye to 2026 with its Gran Fiesta de Año Nuevo on Thursday, December 31 in the Salón Mexicano. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the party runs until 1:00 a.m. on January 1, 2027.
